The Reagent Cartridge is a proprietary design that enables:
- User-defined reagent dispensing followed by a solvent sweep
- 100 ul to 3 ml capacity and can be used to supply reagent for multiple runs
- Low-pressure loading and high-pressure reactor operation
- Remote reloading to facilitate production of various biomarkers while the system is radioactive
- Elimination of entrapped gas, greatly reducing reagent consumption by eliminating dead volume typically associated with pump priming and loading
The Micro-Synthesis Reactor Cartridge can perform up to four reaction steps and:
- Its plug-in microreactors can be reconfigured and replaced easily and support a wide range of reactor channel widths and lengths
- The reactors are made of solvent tolerant materials and can be heated up to 200°C
- Reactor cartridges are chemically inert and have the ability to be reused, recycled, or packaged sterile and disposed (making them ideal for cGMP production)
Purification Cartridges:
Advion NanoTek has developed microscale cartridges for ion exchange and purification of products. These include MP-1, silica, C-18, and alumina resins. Custom columns can be made quickly to meet user's special needs.
